How long do orders take to ship? 

Answer: Most orders placed by 11AM PST (Mon-Fri) will ship out the same-day.

Some specialty products may take additional 1-3 business days to prepare.

 

Why has my order not shipped yet?

Answer: Processing time for some orders may take 1-3 business days to prepare your items for shipment.

 

Why have I not received tracking info yet?

Answer: Your order for shipment, tracking info will be sent to you after your order is packaged and shipped out.

 

Why does my tracking info say “label created not yet in system”?

Answer: Your order is finishing being prepped for shipment, tracking info will update after the post office receives it.

 

I received the wrong item.

Answer: We will send you the correct item.

I sent to much money on Zelle. I sent more than my order total.

Answer:  We will refund you the difference via Zelle.

What is the difference between Premium, Exotic, and Ultra Rare?

Answer: These are our different tiers of quality of flower. Premium is the lowest, Exotic is middle tier, and Ultra Rare is the highest quality flower.

Premium is Green house grown

Exotic is Indoor grown and occasionally some high end green house grown.

Ultra Rare is grown in our multi million dollar high grade state of the art licensed indoor grow facility to achieve the best possible product.
